During a recent dinner date I decided that we should ‘travel’ to the exotic land of Thailand with the creation of Pad Thai! This was one of my first adventures into ‘ethnic cuisine’ and I have to say it turned out relatively well. Now, let’s sit back, relax and enjoy a savoury dish of pad thai:
What can you do with leftover risotto other than eat it? Make Risotto Balls and THEN eat it! As I began to get hungry again after making my breakfast risotto, I began wondering what I could make for lunch. Feeling a little lazy I was struck by inspiration and decided to make risotto balls out of my leftover Breakfast Risotto.
How about another risotto everybody!? Now this certainly isn’t your typical risotto, it’s made to be more of an oatmeal/porridge styled meal, but it is soooo good! Here is the recipe that I sort of followed, but had to slightly modify as usual.
It seems as though I have been getting drowned out by Carlene’s post overdose lately, which of course, I have no problem with. More posts the merrier, right? Well I am now unemployed and loving it…Don’t worry, I didn’t get fired. So being that I am unemployed I have a great deal more time on my hands, meaning more cooking!
After watching Hell’s Kitchen for the first time years ago and hearing Chef Ramsay yell several profanities about a contestant’s Risotto, I knew one day I would find myself trying to cook up some Risotto while envisioning the one and only Gordon Ramsay screaming at me! As of late this blog has been looking more like S’ In the Kitchen and that just isn’t quite as catchy as BS’ In The Kitchen, so here I am back with a new post and an exciting new series for all you bachelors out there: Bach’n It With Bob! I’ve been consumed by work so my cooking time is quite limited, therefore I will be posting a nice, quick and easy recipe that works great with leftovers.
