Of course, it passed the smell test, but more importantly, it passed the taste test! This roasted cauliflower was seriously awesome! It’s not much of a recipe as far as quantities go, I just tossed it in olive oil, seasoned it, and roasted it. It was wonderful! I will definitely be making this more often!

Super easy, healthy, and flavourful, this roasted cauliflower should definitely become a staple in your dinnertime diet!
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • olive oil (about 1-2 tbsp)
  • salt & pepper
  • garlic powder
  • parmesan cheese.
  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Cut cauliflower into pieces and rinse with water, pat dry with paper towel.
  3. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  4. Place on non-stick baking sheet, and roast in oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Once cauliflower has started to brown a bit, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and set the oven to broil for a couple of minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and enjoy!

  2. My absolute favorite way to eat cauliflower, and pretty much any vegetable! I usually toss some garlic cloves in with the cauliflower and throw on a splash of lemon juice or balsamic vinegar. This also works fine with frozen cauliflower straight from the freezer (it just takes a little longer to get the delicious caramelization going).
