  • 6 Bone-in Pork Chops
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 cup Apple Cider Balsamic Vinegar

  • 4 Tbsp Margarine (Didn’t have any butter on hand)
  • 4 Apples
