Red velvet is one of my favourite cakes. Everyone thinks it’s really fancy, but let’s get real here – it’s super easy. Just think of it as a mellowed chocolate cake with some kick (all thanks to our buddy vinegar). What can you do with leftover risotto other than eat it? Make Risotto Balls and THEN eat it! As I began to get hungry again after making my breakfast risotto, I began wondering what I could make for lunch. Feeling a little lazy I was struck by inspiration and decided to make risotto balls out of my leftover Breakfast Risotto.
