Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Why is it that everyone always seems to be hunting for that perfect ooey, gooey, chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe? Maybe because the Chocolate Chip is a cookie classic, maybe because it encases a bit of sweet with a touch of salty, either way, we can all almost guarantee that Chocolate Chip Cookies are not going away. Setting my own greed aside, I hope my parents find their gift as useful as I do…

Anyways, onto the potato chips.

Our Walmart here is Saskatoon recently got converted into a Super-Walmart and long behold they had kale! Before making these chips, I never tried Kale, but I can let you know that I will be buying it again soon. These kale chips are a great way to pack in some crunch of potato chips, but load up on some great vitamins that the kale has like beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, lutein, zeaxanthin, and reasonably rich in calcium and even has anti-cancer agents. I know, you’re sold on the recipes already! So let’s get to it (in steps this time):
