valium online pharmacy

Lately I’ve been thinking, rather than trying to cook things off the top of my head, throwing this and that together, I should pick a few recipes to try cooking each week from magazines, blogs, and cookbooks.  I’m hoping it not only gets me cooking with different ingredients, but just gets me cooking more in general! I have been eating too many sandwiches for supper lately…

Budget and Student Friendly Vietnamese Cold Rolls

Budget and Student Friendly Vietnamese Cold RollsI can’t believe it’s September already. Where did this summer go? I’m not sure if it was having the snow stay into early May or just being so busy, but this summer seemed to wiz right by. With September here in full force, so is school. Yup that’s right – back to the books, the late night studies, copious amounts of coffee and the ever growing wealth of knowledge. Quinoa Burgers & Fresh Avocado Blood Orange Salad

Lately, I feel like I haven’t been eating as healthy as I could be, so I decided that tonight I should make something fresh, delicious and most importantly – healthy. After seeing a recipe for quinoa burgers on Pinterest, I decided I had to make them. This meal is also a recipe for my one week food-menu planning – so stay tuned for more recipes! But in true BS fashion, let’s get to this recipe! Continue reading

Date Night Dinner Menu | Salmon with a Mustard Dill Sauce and Scalloped Potatoes

It’s hard to believe that another Valentine’s Day (or as I like to call it: Singles Awareness Day) has come and gone. This year, a good friend of mine, Chantal, has her fiance away at Police School so I invited her over so she wouldn’t have to be alone on the day of love and let’s face the facts – I love cooking for people! Even more when they do the dishes after! I wanted to make a meal that was healthy, yet filling, delicious and relatively quick to make. I settled on a Mustard Dill Salmon, Scalloped Potatoes, a Fresh Greens Salad and Pavlova for dessert. This recipe is also a bit different in terms of BS in the Kitchen Recipes, because this is almost a full dinner menu. Continue reading

Busy Chicken Pasta

I think we’ve chatted about this on the blog before, but sometimes us foodies (aka. nickname for food bloggers out there), just don’t have the time or creative energy to make a huge dynamic & showy meal, well that’s where these quick and easy ones come in. Below is a quick (maybe 5-10 mins to make) pasta that’s healthy, light and full of protein.
