With an abundance of herbs and vegetables in my backyard, it’s been a great influence on my cooking. In the spirit of keeping things fresh, I wanted to try a recipe that I’ve always heard about, but never made before – Chimichurri! It’s a blend of fresh herbs, red wine vinegar, and olive oil, and it’s absolutely delicious! As I was actually shopping for some new fall clothes (think thick plaid button-up shirts, and comfy sweaters) when I came across this awesome looking pasta.
