Sole Meuniere | JC 100 – Week 7

valium online pharmacy

This week the folks representing Julia Child finally decided to bring out the infallible Sole Meuniere, the recipe that changed it all for Julia! Now I can’t attest to having an “AHA” moment like Julia Child upon first bite, but I must say this was some pretty tasty fish! I will be honest, I was ready to be underwhelmed just based off the fact that this recipe has so much hype surrounding it, but I was pleasantly surprised to find myself enjoying what became a very simple and delicious meal! I was really hungry and wasn’t sure how to use it, so I went for something quick and simple.

You can find similar pasta on Amazon here:

Sea Salt Honey Salmon

Sea Salt Honey Salmon | bsinthekitchen.com

One of my favorite foods has to be fish – whether that’s because of my father’s fishing accomplishments or just because it tastes awesome – I just love it! Salmon and walleye are my two favorite fish to eat. On a recent trip to Costco, I convinced my mom to buy a fresh salmon steak so Bob & I could have a cook off. Both were delicious, mine was on the light, fresh tasting side with Bob’s tasting sweet and rich with hidden flavors of candied salmon. To those inexperienced chefs out there in the blog world, don’t fear salmon, it’s relatively hard to screw up and most people love it!
