Pomegranate Almond Overnight Oatmeal

Great if you're on the go for breakfast, or if you just want a delicious, healthy jar of oatmeal for when you wake up!
  • ⅓ cup of muesli mix (or plain oats)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 4-5 toasted almonds (chopped)
  1. In a small mason jar, combine muesli, cinnamon, and brown sugar, stirring to combine.
  2. Top with chia seeds, milk, yogurt, pomegranate seeds, and chopped almonds.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Enjoy cold, or warm in microwave (about a minute)!
