Fried Egg, Sriracha, & Peanut Butter Toasts

Seemingly strange at first, this toast is seriously delicious, and will leave you craving more!
  • Bread
  • Peanut butter (crunchy)
  • Green Onion
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Sriracha
  • Course salt
  • Egg
  • Butter
  1. Get a pan to medium-high heat, add butter and fry egg once pan is heated.
  2. Toast bread.
  3. Spread peanut butter, sprinkle with chopped green onion, cilantro, and some peanuts if you don't have chunky peanut butter. Drizzle with sriracha, and squeeze the juice from a quarter of a lime wedge on to it.
  4. Place a fried egg on top, sprinkle with coarse salt and enjoy!
