Fried Egg, Sriracha, & Peanut Butter Toasts

Seemingly strange at first, this toast is seriously delicious, and will leave you craving more!

  • Bread
  • Peanut butter crunchy
  • Green Onion
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Sriracha
  • Course salt
  • Egg
  • Butter


  • Get a pan to medium-high heat, add butter and fry egg once pan is heated.
  • Toast bread.
  • Spread peanut butter, sprinkle with chopped green onion, cilantro, and some peanuts if you don't have chunky peanut butter. Drizzle with sriracha, and squeeze the juice from a quarter of a lime wedge on to it.
  • Place a fried egg on top, sprinkle with coarse salt and enjoy!
