So i came across this recipe for the Perfect Fried Egg
and aside from lots of butter, the key was to slow fry the egg. Now as a guy, I want my food and I want it fast, so the idea of “slow” frying something never occurred to me. Turn the heat on high and let it sizzle! Well that’s my usual approach, but after seeing this I had to give it a go. So after getting home in the morning from a few too many drinks the night prior, I thought to myself, what better than fried eggs!
Now this is very simple, but very tasty. You can do it however you want, but this is how I went about making this tasty sandwich.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 Tsp margarine
Pepper
PC Steak Spice
Italian Cheese blend
Cheddar Cheese
Tomato Slices
PC Balsamic Pesto
Very easy and quick (well not as quick with the slow frying and all). I put the heat on 3-4, put the eggs in as soon as the margarine finished melting and let it cook on one side for about 10 minutes, putting the Italian cheese on top of the eggs in last minute to let it get nice and gooey!
The great part of slow frying the egg, was the fact that it browns one side and still leaves the yolk a little bit runny (depending on how long you want to cook it for). Yum! More pics if you need…
Bon Appetite! -B-

I’m a big egg lover and this looks great. But margarine? Really?
Cook with butter. (Die young but happy.)
