Well I think by the fact alone that I had to ask my brother to get the new password really goes to show how long I’ve been away from the blog! Yeesh! I can’t even think about the last time I’ve done a post, but I’m back and hopefully will post one or two more over the holidays. A good friend at work has been requesting cannolis for a while, so I knew I had to make them for her on my last day (even though I know we will stay friends, we just won’t be seeing each other every day). These were a bit scary for me to make as I’ve never eaten a cannoli in my life, so I had nothing to compare it to and it involved using oil to fry the cannoli pastries (reference: Bob’s disaster with frying pastry), but hey, sometimes you just have to jump off the cliff and hope you fly.
