Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

June 20, 2011 by bsinthekitchen Leave a Comment

This is a great and easy appetizer using some of the Summer Fresh dips. Personally spinach dip is a weak point for me when dining out and this recipe is a great and easy way to create it at home.

For this hot spinach and artichoke dip combine the following:

  • 1 container of Summer Fresh spinach dip
  • 1 container of Summer Fresh artichoke dip
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese

Stir until well mixed and place in an safe dish, top with lots of mozzarella and place in a 400°F oven for 10-15 minutes (until the cheese on top is nice and bubbly). For my dish, I simply hollowed out a purple onion.

Serve with naan or pita bread for dipping and enjoy! If you’d like to spice up your bread, gently paint on some olive oil, add some sea salt and a pinch of garlic salt and place in the same oven for about 5 to 8 minutes.
