Fleur De Sel Pumpkin Seeds

October 31, 2010 by bsinthekitchen

Happy Halloween!

Here is our quick and easy recipe for pumpkin seeds.

First you have to gut the pumpkin and remove all of the seeds, then you must make a sweet design:

For the seeds we just drizzled them with canola oil and sprinkled them with some Fleur De Sel keeping it nice and simple. To bake them, put them in the oven on 400°F and cook until they reach your desired level of crispyness (if that’s even a word??).

Let us know how you guys like to enjoy your pumpkin seeds!

Bob
