The day has arrived. The day I venture into the uncharted waters of grilled cheese sandwiches. Bob is the leader of the grilled cheese nation, so it’s time I join forces with him with my first creation: The Breakfast Brie & Pear Grilled Cheese Sandwich. I’m not going to lie, I was pretty nervous. Bob’s the master of grilled cheese with creative recipes, beautiful photos and his grilled cheese sandwiches taste as amazing as they look. But there is no better time then the present to jump right in, so let’s get to my first EVER grilled cheese on BS’ in the Kitchen!
- Raisin Cinnamon Bread
- Brie Cheese
- A few thick slices of a pear
- Start by warming up a frying pan to on low-medium heat
- On one slice of bread, layer down your brie cheese, followed by slick slices of pear
- Sandwiches the bread slices together, and generous coat each exterior side of bread with butter
- Fry on each side until a nice golden crust forms.
- Once the grilled cheese is finished, slice in half and enjoy!
So there we have it people… my first grilled cheese on the blog! I played on my sweet tooth and I think it worked out pretty well! Now…just stay tuned for what my other grilled cheese on the blog will be!
