Sautéed Spinach & Turkey Sandwich

Initially I had no plans on posting this recipe and was just making it because I was hungry, but after I made it, cut it in half and tried a little piece that fell out, it was too delicious and beautiful not to post! The Best Cinnamon Bun Recipe

Since Bob and I have had the blog, I’ve made these cinnamon buns a few times, but just never took photos. Largely due to the fact that they are incredibly time consuming and by the end you either a) just want to sleep or b) want to eat them all! But there is one thing I can guarantee with these cinnamon buns: This will become your favourite recipe for cinnamon buns! Speaking of time, let’s not waist anymore and get cracking on the recipe.

Cinnamon Bun French Toast

Hey folks!

If you feel like indulging in an amazing, sweet, delicious and caloric breakfast this recipe is for you! Now I took the shortcut here and didn’t actually make the cinnamon buns since I live a block away from “Grounds for Coffee” which apparently has some of Vancouver’s best cinnamon buns, so I had to try them (they were delish!).

The idea of this breakfast was brought to my attention by my girlfriend Megan, who used to order this at Moxie’s years ago until they got rid of the recipe. So after lamenting about this amazing dish, we had to make it!

Prosciutto & Smoked Gouda Egg Sandwich

One of my favourite things about the holidays is having people over and all of the leftover appetizers you get. My all time favourite is the leftover cheese trays, you get some nice Gouda, Havarti, Brie and other cheeses which are delicious for sandwiches and snacks for days after! After celebrating my mother’s 30+20 birthday (she wasn’t fooling anyone, we all know how to add) we had some delicious smoked Gouda and prosciutto left over, which I knew would be making it’s way into a sandwich of mine very soon!

BBQ Pulled Chicken | bsinthekitchen.comA few weeks ago, I had to the chance to experience my first Calgary Stampede! It was an awesome time, filled with great people, drinks and cowboys. It’s a definite “let’s do that again” event.
