A few of you BS’ers may know I started a new job at a fabulous company – now let me tell you something you don’t know: There is a BAKING CLUB at work! Yes, I know. Jealous right? So with an office full of cookie lovers, it only made sense to try these unique Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies:
- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup butter (at room temperature)
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup Nutella
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Cream together the sugars and butter until light and fluffy, then combine in the egg, vanilla and nutella. Once all your wet ingredients have been smoothed together, add in your dry ingredients and last the chocolate chips.
Chill the dough in the fridge for 1 hour. Bake the cookies for 11 minutes in a 350°F oven, take out and let cool on an oven rack for a few minutes then bite in and enjoy!!
Now go make these cookies BS’ers & share with some friends!
