A good friend at work always makes Greek Salad and I go all kindergarten on her and usually end up trading some of my lunch or flat out stealing some of her delicious greek salads she always makes. So I finally got the ingredients to make them myself. If you’re trying to up your veggie intake this is a great way to do so! So let’s get to the recipe (which yields about 2-3 servings of entree sized salads)
- 3 peppers – yellow, orange and red (thinly sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (cut in half then quartered)
- Handful of olives
- 1/4 of a red onion
- Sliced radishes to taste
- Half of an english cucumber sliced and quartered
- Feta (who should have Frank’s hot sauce’s slogan: I put that shit on everything)
- Pure Kraft Greek Feta Salad DressingÂ
- Two chicken breasts seasoned with Johnny’s Garlic Seasoning, sliced before topping the salad
