Bear’s Trap Martini

February 28, 2011 by bsinthekitchen Leave a Comment

I got bored the other night and decided that I should play bartender and came up with this drink. Take it for a spin yourself & let us know what you think! Be careful though, this drink is fruity enough to catch a bear!

  • 1 cup heavily steeped Bear Trap Tea from David’s Tea(i.e. do 3-4 tsp of the tea for the 1 cup of water)
  • 1/2 cup sparkling fruit wine
  • 1 shot Absolute Peach Vodka
  • Few frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Combine the ingredients in a martini shaker with a few ice cubes and give it a good shake then strain into a martini glass rimmed with honey and sugar and enjoy.

Summer is coming (positive reinforcement on Mother Nature…. it’s actually -30 outside today….)
