It’s TERIYAKI TIME! Oooh baby, I know you guys are excited! Now these ribs were deeelicious, the teriyaki sauce was nice and sweet and the perfect thick consistency.
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Honey
- 1 Tsp Powdered Ginger
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
In a sauce pan mix everything together except the corn starch, cooking on medium heat until it gets runny. Next, mix the corn starch in a glass of hot water so it has a nice smooth consistency and then mix it into the sauce and turn the heat up high and cook until boiling. Keep mixing until it reaches a boil, then take the pan off the heat and stir, repeating until it reaches the desired thickness, if it seems a little bit runnier than you would like, don’t worry because it will thicken up nicely in the oven.
Once the sauce is complete, pour it over the ribs into a dish to be cooked into the oven. On 375° F, cook the ribs for an hour, once the time is up, take them out and put them on the barbecue off direct heat (place the rack in the middle of the barbecue with each side burner on medium-high heat and the middle burner off). Once on the grill smother them with the teriyaki sauce until your heart’s content! Let these cook for 15 minutes and then take them off and what you will have is amaaazing teriyaki ribs!
I hope you guys try these out for yourself!

Good recipe but very sweet. I halved the brown sugar and added Chinese Chili Sauce (1/2 tsp.) for a little kick.
Woo hoo. I recommend
