Continuing my journey into pumpkin spiced everything, I present to you Pumpkin Spice Yogurt & Granola! Although this is more of a breakfast meal, I whipped it up late last night, thanks to midnight snack cravings… I was originally just going to have a little yogurt and granola, when I remembered I had a container of leftover Spiced Pumpkin Mix, from making homemade Pumpkin Spice Lattes. I figured it would probably be delicious in my little snack, so I tried it out, and sure enough it was! Good enough, that I made it again today for the blog!
Pumpkin Spice Yogurt & Granola
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1-2 large spoonfuls of spiced pumpkin mix
- 1 handful of granola
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 small handful of almonds chopped
- In a bowl, add plain yogurt, followed by your granola, raisins, and almonds, then a large spoonful of spiced pumpkin mix.
- If you like your yogurt and granola a bit sweeter, drizzle with honey.
- Stir together and enjoy!
Now the question remains, what will I pumpkin spice next!?! We will just have to wait and see!
