In the final round of steak leftovers, I give you one more steak and blue cheese inspired dish! Probably one of the most typical ways to use up leftover steak is in a sandwich of course! This one is pretty much a combination of the last two dishes I posted, but stuck between two slices of bread! Once again using the tangy blue cheese dressing, loading the sandwich with veggies, steak, and even some leftover caramelized onions! YUM!
